This is just one of many prints we stock in store of Ira's work and are proud as this is of Harbour Street in Oamaru's historic Victorian Precinct, where this store is physically based.
This paper print comes as a 30 x 30cm, with a Black box wooden frame or alternatively, as a Pre-Matted Mini Print, sized 35 x 27.5cm (Actual picture is 18 x 18cm), plus the unframed print (rolled in a tube) at 30 x 30cm, so you can frame as you wish.
Ira is a Queenstown-born artist and a trained teacher and BFA graduate. Plus, is also an artist-educator for GOLDEN paints of New York, where she travels annually to train and show.
A nomad by nature, she moves constantly to create images in locations that inspire her. Her work is informed by the bold palette of David Hockney, collages of Henri Matisse, and childhood delights of Eric Carl who created the Very Hungry Caterpillar.
