SHIPPING POLICY
NEW ZEALAND:
We use NZ Post and Fastway Couriers. Shipping within NZ will usually take 1-3 business days (there could be delays outside of our control), excluding weekends and public holidays.
We will process and ship your order to you once your payment has been cleared, and then notify you. If your parcel from Presence on Harbour has not arrived within five days, please contact us. Orders placed on Friday afternoon may not be processed until the following Monday.

Shipping: We charge $8.00 for small parcels, & $15.00 for larger items via NZ Post and will negotiate on extra large parcels (Fastway Couriers may be better for large items not necessarily listed on our Website, like Artwork), so please feel free to contact us regarding this. If you live in a Rural Delivery Area, we have to charge an extra $3.90 for your parcels delivery via NZ Post & $8 via Fastway.
SPECIAL DELIVERY:
We are happy to help you organise special deliveries. Please contact us if you need your items in a hurry, or wish to send an item to someone else.
AUSTRALIA:
We are happy to ship to Australia and will try to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. The best way is to have items tracked via NZ Courier Post, this does cost a little more.

INTERNATIONAL:
We are also happy to ship to other parts of the world. Delivery can take between 5 -12 working days.

Covid-19:
During the worldwide pandemic things are taking longer to post and courier, so please do take this into consideration when placing your order, once it has left the store, your parcel will be in the hands of the courier service, we are not able to determine how long it may take to get to you, especially if the parcel is being sent internationally (some countries have put restrictions on overseas parcels and how they are sent during this time).
