SHIPPING POLICY
NEW ZEALAND:
We use NZ Post and NZ Couriers. Shipping within NZ will usually take 2-5 business days (there could be delays outside of our control), excluding weekends and public holidays.
We will process and ship your order to you once your payment has been cleared, and then notify you. If your parcel from Presence on Harbour has not arrived within ten days, please contact us. Orders placed on Friday afternoon may not be processed until the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL:
Only a select range of our products can be shipped internationally. If an item isn’t available for shipping to your location, feel free to message us—we’ll be happy to help make arrangements and provide a shipping cost estimate!
